Little change up to the yoga schedule this week; Stephie B Hunt's Friday morning gentle hatha and yin yoga classes will be held instead on Thursday : Thursday May 30th 2019; Gentle Hatha 10:30-11:30 Power Yoga 12:10 - 12:50... Yin Yoga 5:15-6:15 BUT BUT BUT don't worry Friday Yoga Friends, Friday's Hatha Yoga class from 12:10-12:50 will still be happening with the wonderful Natalie DeMarco! Reminder that your first class is FREE!
