We got to sample a new (to us) brand at the office today! Fresh from London Ice Cream Company is Toasted S'mores and Monster Cookie Xtreme. We're now carrying 11 flavours from them and I honestly can't wait to try them all.

Please be advised that our office will be closed to the general public effective immediately. We will still be here to enter orders and answer questions and you may call (780) 463 2423 to make an appointment if you need to enter the building.

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the fire at Chapman's. The original facility burned due to a welder's spark and almost everything was lost. Even through all this, none of the workers missed a paycheck. Chapman's started making ice cream again with the help of other businesses in Ontario and constructed their Phoenix facility, literally rising from the ashes. Chapman's has been around since 1973, almost 50 years. Cheers to all the amazing people working there, and ...to the Chapman family.
