On Friday December 11th, members of the Alberni Health Care Auxiliary decorated WCGH Health Square with Christmas trees. Auxiliary President Rosemarie Sather was on hand and delighted to present WCGH Site manager Pam Rardon with a cheque for $150,000 for new equipment, including purchasing a new bariatric bed, new blinds for the LDR department, new wheelchairs and exercise equipment for Physio, a jaundice meter and bilimeter, new comfort pads for our ER wheelchairs, face shi...elds for staff and an ophthalmoscope for ER and CPAP machine for ICU. This donation was made possible from funds raised through The Attic Thrift Shop & The WCGH Gift Shop. The Auxiliary would like to thank all our volunteers for their enthusiasm, dedication, passion, and continued support which make The Alberni Health Care Auxiliary such a success. Santa and his volunteer Elves have been busy unpacking and preparing for 2 more days of our Everything 1/2 Price Sale. Hurry in as Thursday and Friday are The Attic Thrift Shop's last days open before the New Year. At this time we are Not taking any donations. Hours Open.... Thursday 11a.m. to 2p.m. Friday 11a.m. to 2p.m.

The Attic Thrift Shop will be open Thursday and Friday this week 11a.m. to 2p.m. Everything in the shop will be 1/2 Price... At this time we Cannot Take Donations. We have restocked the shop with clothing and other treasures and have a large array of Christmas Decorations so now's the time to pick up those finishing touches for your tree. Please drop in and say hi, we've missed y'all last week.
