Babe Cakes

Well I've made this no bake chocolate cheesecake with peanut butter and vanilla wafer cookie crust then drizzled some chocolate balsamic reduction on top... you know for good measure... now I must put it in the fridge for several hours for it to set. I think I will attack the front lawn for my next trick which I say every day and then never do it but today is the day!

Wow a whole summer of working the music festivals across BC has finally come to a close (I think anyway but a small last minute gig might tug at me at any moment)... because of the fire bans, extreme fire bans and the don’t even think of fire at all mandate of every event I had the good fortune of working I still haven’t gotten to try making ‘camp fire cake’ in a cast iron pan over open flame but maybe it is just the imputis I need to send me on a winter camping excursion

Oh my goodness it has been far too long since I have updated my cake action... yes I am still a crazy mad cake making fiend and will do it for money on the side, except summer is not a great time for me+cake, so look forward to real cake fun this fall... I am planning a special gathering at my house to do a photo shoot and say thank you at the same time
