I finished the dresser!!! Those of you that have stopped by my booth have seen this work in progress. Painted in Dixie Belle Sawmill Gravy, Hurricane Gray and Fluff and sealed with Clear Coat in Satin for added protection. Bonus: behind the door this beauty is cedar lined and has a mirror inside.

Hello Everyone! Hope you are all hanging in there. I just wanted to give you a quick update on some exciting changes that we've been working on. We have moved!!! Don't worry we didn't move far. :) We just moved to a different booth and we're still at the Inside Avenue Antique Mall. You can now find us at Booth 21, located in the East building. The Inside Avenue is following the Alberta recommended guidelines, and if you're comfortable shopping, we're ready for you. Our Dixie... Belle paint line is all stocked up! If you're still not comfortable going into a store at this time, just send me a message and we can still make a curbside pickup arrangement. We're also getting really close to launching our new website and we can hardly wait ... we'll keep you posted! Look at this Before & After makeover done by Madison Katherine Kitts-Gaston. She painted it with Dixie Belle Paint in Cotton and used Crackle to create that beautiful aged effect.

Hi everyone! What a weird and surreal time we’re all going through right now! Like most of you, we’ve also been trying to make the most of a bad situation, doing our part by staying at home and trying to make the last 6 rolls of toilet paper last as long possible. As most of you are aware the Inside Avenue Antique Mall is closed for the time being, and we have been looking at different options on how to get through this and be able to keep the BoHo Paintbox going until we c...an get to the other side. We see that a lot of you are using this time at home to get creative and are working on so many different awesome projects. Really love seeing what you’ve been working on!!! We’d like to make our Dixie Belle products available to you during this time by providing a curb side pick up option from our house in SE Calgary. If you’d like to place an order you can either send a message through our Facebook page or you can send us an email at [email protected] and we can then make arrangements for the pick up, and can still keep us all safe. Payment will be available by either etransfer or we do have Moneris as an option. If you’re outside of Calgary, we can still ship your order through Canada post. Lorna from Rustics with Luv has done it again! She sanded and restained with Dixie Belle no pain gel stain in Walnut then sealed with 2 coats of Hemp Seed Oil. Drawers and side were completed with Gravel Road, French linen and dry brushed with sawmill gravy. Sealed with clear coat satin. Beautiful!

Lee Ann Walker Kuhn from Creative Moments repurposed and repainted this dresser for a client using a custom mix of Dixie Belle paint in Antebellum Blue and Peacock. Gorgeous Color!!!

Beautiful bedroom set transformation in Manatee Gray done by Umo Furniture Salon

There are so many beautiful pieces out there just waiting to be re-loved and re-appreciated. The Dixie Belle paint line has so many different products available to do just that and you can easily turn your furniture and decor into something special. The possibilities are truly endless!

Look what Lorna from Rustics with Luv painted using Dixie Belle products. She nailed the rustic, weathered look. I love the details and especially the colors she used on the leaves. Beautiful!

Update:SOLD. Wow!! This Bombay dresser was lovingly restored by Karin Mann from Bound to the Prairie and is absolutely beautiful. It is for sale and can be seen in person at The BoHo Paintbox booth located at the Inside Avenue Antique Mall in Calgary. She painted this piece using Dixie Belle Dusty Blue, Antebellum Blue, and Fluff and added a Redesign transfer from Prima Marketing. Karin is also a Dixie Belle retailer and is located in Brooks, AB.

Love this tall dresser done by Rustics with Luv using Dixie Belle paint!!! The colours that she used was Drop Cloth, Gravel Road and Manatee Gray. On the top she used Drop Cloth and then Up in Smoke Voodoo gel stain. The top was sealed for extra protection with Clear Coat Satin and then 2 coats of Gatorhide and she sealed the body with Best Dang Wax in clear. This gorgeous cedar chest by Out of the Attic Furniture Restyling was done in a blend of Dixie Belle Soft Pink and Pink Champagne colors. She also used a transfer from Re.Design by Prima. Beautiful job Peggy!
