It was a wild week in Real Estate Sales CHECK this ratio of sales to listings! You might be interested to know the Detached & Apartment markets are very different making it a good time for downsizers, particularly in North Vancouver. Detached inventory dropping since June; Apartment Inventory rising since April.... SALES in both categories rising since April, but apartment sales at a slower pace. Days on the market for detached homes is falling (from 14 days in August, to 8 days in September). Days on Market for apartments is relatively stable at about 2 weeks on average. Median Sale Price in the detached world is on the rise; apartment prices down about 8% from March 2020.
