UPDATED at 5:45 p.m. Pedestrians watch a crew of emergency personnel tend to the scene of a motor vehicle collision that saw the old Westoba Credit Union building at the corner of 10th Street and Princess Avenue struck shortly before noon on Monday. The scene is across the street from the Samson Engineering building, which was hit by a bus three years ago. Brandon Police Service staff Sgt. Kevin Loewen said the incident involved two vehicles and that both drivers face Highway Traffic Act charges. The driver of the vehicle that struck the building received a ticket for having no insurance or registration. The driver of the other vehicle was ticketed for making a lane change without due care and driving without a valid licence. Loewen said that nobody was taken to hospital as a result of the incident.
