Good morning folks! Since we got absolutely rolled on NYE, some folks weren’t able to enjoy our burger and ving deal. We’re bringing it back this evening, available for pick up at Buck and through the delivery services. The Bissell Centre thrift shop is also collecting much needed warm clothing donations for Tipinawâw emergency accommodation. If you drop off a donation at Buck this weekend we’ll toss in a $10 gift certificate for next time. Stay warm out there folks!

Hiddly -ho Buckarinos! We’re stoked to announce that next Thursday, Jan 14th we’re partnering with our Vancouver pals @thinkagaintrivia for Simpsons trivia over Instagram (Edmonton expats I may add). It kicks off at 7:45 our time/6:45 Pacific. On top of putting on excellent trivia nights in Van, they’ve done an excellent job throughout the pandemic of offering fun events for people to digitally gather, engage with one another and have some fun with fellow trivia dorks. The Buckingham & Virtually Live Present..... Darkest Hour And Misery Signals are a special bands within The Buck's walls and for many of its patrons. In support of them and for fans hungry for a communal experience we're going to stream the show into The Buck. All proceeds will go directly to the band, and though we may not be able to scream the lyrics back at them, sweat and dance together, it's a start and supportive of those things that we miss and hold dear. All Covid... protocol will be strictly followed (mask up when not at your table ya animals!) to offer a safe atmosphere for audiences and table space is limited. With separating groups to adhere to social distancing guidelines, and to maximize both (safe) seating and benefit to the band, we do encourage people to book tables for 4-6. If not possible, no sweat, we'll make it work but do want to offer the experience to all looking for a reason to come together. Tickets will be available at yeglive.ca and any further questions can be directed to us over our social media channels.
