Generally its HardyWares Preserves on offer at The Cooper's Inn. HardyWares are located on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore. Today we're thinking of them and hopeful that Teddy is more Cuddly Bear than some sort of terror. The HardyWares business philosophy parallels own own. Buy Local, by Local as much as we reasonably can. HardyWares is a small batch producer (typically 7 bottles at a time), somewhat similar to the approach of most Nova Scotia Inns and B&B's. This season has e...mphasized that approach. There's been more time to get to talk with and get to know our Guests a better. Though none of us can claim perfection there is certainly an upside to even the most demanding times. 2020 has been and continues to be a 20-20 kind of year. We thought we'd like to share a partial list of businesses and folks we deal with on a regular basis: Meadowbrook Farm Meats (bacon, sausage etc), Valley Kitchens (Flaxflour and Mixes), Hutchinson's Acres (Maple Syrup), Laughing Whale (Cooper's Inn Blend Coffee etc), SASI (Home-style Breads), Spencer's and Lavender Hill Nurseries, Shelburne Furniture (Appliances, Atlantic Springwall Bedding etc) and many many more including much of the local product purchased through our local Sobeys.
