Someone Should (Pay To) Fix This Bolt: The Actual Cost of Re-Bolting DAKOTA WALZDEC 16, 2020 So who is someone anyway? Most climbers don’t know the first thing about installing, updating, or replacing hardwareand that’s OK. Achilles tendinopathy is less common with climbers but can impede climbing consistently. Considering that the lower leg is our workhorse and responsible for keeping us stable during climbs, managing Achilles tendinitis is essential. Proper care of this injury is the difference between sending climbs in a week to months of rest. Check out this article to know more from @theclimbingdoctor http://ow.ly/HhgK50Cv6hI

As cases of COVID rise, we ask everyone to help us keep the gym as safe as possible and open. Masks are now mandatory in the climbing area of the gym. Please wear an appropriate mask and make sure it is covering your mouth and nose at all times, while your are in the climbing area of the gym.... Use the sanitation cycle (wash or sanitize your hands before you climb, after you climb, before you belay, after you belay). Climb on your own and make sure to keep your space when climbing and lastly, keep your climbing session to 60-minutes or less, unless the climbing area is quiet. This is a community effort and we are all in this together! We have a limited selection of masks available for sale at front desk . Thanks! Stay safe!
