Sadly, but for all the right reasons, Downtown Spa and Relaxation Centre must close its doors again because of the Coronavirus crises. As we all continue to take further measures to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, friends and family, Downtown Spa and Relaxation Centre will do our part for the health and safety of everyone in our community. While our doors will be officially closed on December 24, 2020 at 2:00, we want to let you know that we will busy working away ...to make sure everything is sanitized, refreshed and ready to go when we open again. Dear client and friend, As you know we are moving into the "red zone" tomorrow. What this means for Personal Settings is that no face coverings can be removed. Therefore, we cannot do facials or facial waxing except eyebrows. Lash/brow tints and Lash lift will still be on the menu. Massage will be available, but you will be required to wear your mask for the entire treatment.... Monika and Maryam will wear masks and face shields for extra precautionary measures during massage and brow/lash treatments. We ask that you please upgrade your face covering to 3 ply- minimum. If you have a facial booked in the next two weeks it will automatically be cancelled. When we are notified that we can perform these services, we will be more than happy to reschedule you.
