We strongly recommend paying with debit or credit and rebooking is available online. 6) Please arrive to your appointment solo. Children are not permitted at this time. If you need assistance please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate for increased clients in our space. 7) We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations (We appreciate more if possible). I’ll never forget the time I took a nice, long, steaming hot bath and then got out and decided to apply my retinol immediately after while my face was still piping red hot... Needless to say, it flaked worse than ever before and was raw & irritated for days and days. There are just certain rules to follow when it comes to WHEN to apply skincare and this is one of them that we preach to our clients.... Hydrating serums - great for immediately after a hot bath or shower as your pores are wide open and ready for moisture! Acid/Exfoliants/Retinols - wait 20-30 minutes at least before applying or else you could end up with some major irritation.
