Do you have food to donate? THANK YOU. Please use our bins located at our local grocers - we collect donations continuously and appreciate your help to keep the shelves stocked. Not sure what we need - think of the staples you need. Soups, canned meats, school snacks, jams and peanut butter. All help is appreciated!

It's a small phrase, but it means so much when its said with heart. THANK YOU As we continue to meet the needs of our community, we al continually reminded that we would not be doing this without our volunteers who show up like superheroes in their masks to sort, bag, carry and care. Then there are the volunteers in the background that silently complete tasks to keep the ball rolling and the doors open. Volunteers are the soul of our food bank who show up with the best inte...ntions and a goal in mind. Our heart - well that's you. Our community. Without your generous heart and giving spirit our shelves would empty and our doors would be closed. We are always grateful for every food drive you hold, every dollar donated and the efforts you go to share. THANK YOU all for everything. Huge thank you to Emma Pond for graciously selling bracelets to raise money for the Good Shepherd Food Bank. Her business Bracelets By Em, was a great success, she sold 48 bracelets sets and was able to raise $225!! Emma was concerned with how the Covid virus would effect donations we receive during thanksgiving and decided to turn her hobby into a way to support the food bank. Well done Emma, thank you for your support!

The harvest continues for many local home gardeners and the abundance can be overwhelming. If you aren't sure how much more cucumber, tomatoes or zucchinis you can eat - feel free to share your harvest with us! Stop by the food bank Monday and Thursday mornings between 8:30 am and 11:30 am to drop off your produce. We would love to share the fresh local goodness with those in need! Thank you.

As of September 1st, clients are required to wear a mask and will continue to be served outside. Our priority is to keep everyone safe, client and volunteers.
