RWANDA HUMURE LOT #55 - this is the first coffee that we have brought in and labeled as an exclusive reserve lot. We're running this natural processed Red Bourbon on our espresso bar and as a pourover. Produced by @bahocoffee and imported by @semillacoffee , this is a good example of traceability in production, verified quality and sustainable reinvestment throughout the supply chain. Besides climate, soil and processing analysis, we can know when the cherries were harvested,... where they came from, who was paid and how much. Baho is 100% Rwandanese controlled and equitable trade results in a significant amount of lateral reinvestment. This is why we love working in coffee.
