I want to share with you a compilation of my favourite food and skin care products of 2020. Some have been a staple in my household for a while and some have just been recently discovered. Aside from eating gluten-free, I also try to avoid dairy, hence the dairy free products. I also try to find more natural skin care products as I have sensitive skin. I will list below the product and where is can be purchased. 1) silk oat/coconut milk. The best coffee... creamer I have found and there is no added sugar. Found at @sobeyssouthreddeer 2)spread em cashew spread. Vegan, GF and DF so delicious with crackers or on a bagel. Found at @saveonfoods east hill 3)simple mills crackers. Delicious and found at @costco 4) raos tomato sauce, no added sugar and very clean ingredients also found at @costco 5) macadamia milk. Very good flavour and super good in smoothies. Found at @costco 6) Allen’s cleaning vinegar. Not for consumption but great for cleaning sinks and the shower. Found at @realcanadiansuperstore 7) dr. Bromner’s castille soap. It lathers does well, smells great and is all natural. Found at @realcanadiansuperstore 8) dessert essence cool mint toothpaste. It’s Refreshing.
