in case some of you were wondering why fish cost so much. this is not usual at all, but when you throw out a couple of thousand worth of dead fish before they even make it into a tank...makes it tough to make money at times...the joys of selling things that are alive and live on the other side of the planet. depressing as hell to throw out this many dead fish.... this is the "dirty" side of the hobby most of us are afraid to admit...sometimes we kill a lot of things.

I am going to start a tank build thread for the 700 gallon, 12 foot tank that we just bought for our new display tank. It was extremely challenging getting it moved and without the forklifts and the 12 people to unload it, it would probably still be on the trailer. it is now in place, was drilled today so I can add a sump and it is currently being cleaned with a fine tooth comb before we start adding the sand and rock. thank you so much to those that came out last night.... it truly meant a lot to me to see the community help me out moving it. the liquid portion of my big dry goods ordered landed today. sadly the pallet is delayed til next week which means no salt until then. Lots of new product line especially brightwell which we will be continuing to expand the selection of products. also tropic Marin is still delayed. hopefully december but hard to say these days as it is from Germany and most things are currently shut down.

we need to make room for the incoming massive coral orders and so I did up lots of new frags until I broke the blade on the my gryphon. will be ready for the weekend. will be doing up more sps frags today assuming I have the time as I ordered another 20 colonies of aussie sps and need to clean up the tanks for more room.

I wanted to use the 50 ricordea that arrived last night to highlight the polyp lab lens kit. as many of you know, taking pictures of your tank can be very challenging as the blues often make pictures tough. the poly lab filter simply clips onto your phone or tablet and the results are night and day. highly recommend these for anyone that wants to take photos of their tank. the first picture is without the lens, the second with the lens attached.

I need roughly 1 square feet of glass - at least 1/4 inch thick to seal off the end of sump that was drilled. - has to be be least 8 inches by 8 inches and no bigger than roughly 12 by 12 anyone have something like that hanging around that they want to trade for a 20.00 frag? thanks
