DECEMBER FOOD BANK DONATIONS. We love celebrating the holidays with our community, and part of that means giving back. For the month of December we will have a collection bin at the studio for items to donate to our local Saskatoon Food Bank. Join Ethan - our resident yogi - for Feel Good Flow in studio every Tuesday morning at 9 AM! This 55 minute class is for all levels. We have 6 spots available in the class, and sanitized mats are laid out and pre spaced for you - all you need to do is show up . Ethan is an incredible teacher, who guides the yoga class with a sense of lightness, joy, and rootedness. Plus, the playlists are also bomb . Sign up via @mindbody !

THE MAGIC CIRCLE! "The Magic Circle is a simple, but effective equipment aimed at improving and toning muscle growth. It is made out of rubber and provides the body feedback as to which muscles it is targeting. This tool was originally created by Joseph Pilates, and is used for Pilates exercises. Used on a mat, the Reformer, or other equipment, this portable piece helps maintain proper alignment and increase proprioceptive awareness." need to take a breather? try this! take a blanket, bolster, pillow, or foam block (like Chrissy has here) underneath your back and head to support you. if your hips feel ok doing so, you can let them fall open (it can be helpful to put blocks under your knees if you feel discomfort/tightness in your hips). you can also rest with your legs extended straight outward - whatever feels best for you! extend your arms up and over like Chrissy, or rest... one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart. close your eyes and breathe. do a body scan from your toes to the top of your head, imagining each body part relaxing with every exhale.
