CHECK THIS OUT! These are our friends from ‘Sailing on a Whim’ who we met in Mankack/Nunjack Cay in the Bahamas. On this day 3 years ago, we departed on what we thought would be a 1 year non-stop cruise of the Caribbean. It wouldn't turn out to be the trip we initially envisioned, but nevertheless shaped up to be an epic adventure full of incredible highs, and depressing lows. We’re home! Since we’re in the middle of a whirlwind with visitors and prep for a weekend wedding we’re both in and working and no time to process, we’ll leave you with this: Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you.
