Nothing is as comforting as a bowl of wonton noodle soup! Wonton is a type of Chinese dumpling and is the transliteration of its Chinese name - poetically meaning swallowing clouds. Why? Because when wontons are cooked and served in soups, they float to the top and are meant to be swallowed whole! You can find this on our menu as C04 - pork and shrimp wonton egg noodle soup.
