Whos this you ask? Sebastein the wine maker of Trailblazer wine from Megalomaniac Winery!! He will be pouring samples of Trailblazer red and white tonight in The Pottery, but dont panic if you miss him he will be back in Jozos Original Aprs tomorrow!!!! I should also mention Trailblazer is Blue Mountains private label wine!!!!

Tomorrow we will be featuring a special three course menu for dinner service (5pm-10pm $45++) Our regular dinner a la carte menu will not be available.
