Often when we think about what makes someone attractive we tend to think about their personality, character, physical appearance, style and social standing. But the one trait that rarely (if ever) gets mentioned is DISCIPLINE, and DISCIPLINE... is always attractive. The Discipline to create and maintain a fit, healthy and toned body... is always attractive.... The Discipline to make smart choices with money and in life... is always attractive. The Discipline to do what needs to be done no matter how bad or tough the situation might be and the discipline to see things through to the end... is always attractive. The Discipline to SHOW UP and perform at a consistently high level... is always attractive. The Discipline to be consistent, dedicated and committed in whatever YOU do... is always attractive. Discipline is always attractive and it has nothing to do with what car YOU drive, the clothes YOU are wearing, your hair style or how much money YOU have in the bank. It simply has everything to do with YOU and what type of person YOU are and where YOU are going in life. #TeamHOPENiagara #ThePPLGroup #Discipline #MissionDriven

They brought balloons to a school. One was given to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professors then mixed all the balloons. The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point the professors told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon. The professors said to the students: These ballons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness....we'll find ours too." #TeamHOPENiagara #ThePPLGroup #Happiness
