Just Sold this Executive Townhome at Tribute by Essence in Willoughby today to my fantastic clients S and N. Kelly Hudson did the financing magic and was a pleasure to work with as usual. We started a search earlier this year and then they put a stop for a while. I got the call Dec 19, while finishing my Christmas cards, that they wanted to find a townhome now so I got to work within minutes and we closed today on this beauty! 2100 sq ft with side by side garage. I also looked at may other options with a super tight deadline to make sure they had all the facts to make the right decision. Super stoked for them to move into their first home in Canada!

Showing my appreciation to my clients for trusting me to find heir first home together! I got them a customized gift basket with lots of quality nuts, dried fruit, quality protein bars, set of nesting bowls, long wooden board, acacia wood salad tongs, and cooking well recipe magazine, those very healthy tea towels, elderflower sparking water, and that darling pear stuffy in keeping with the healthy theme for their daughter! Their sister was also part of the picture so I got her A box for With a bath bomb, stress relief salts, facial mist, earl grey mini soaps, facial mask and a lovely body butter. All but the face mask are locally made. Just trying to to up my game and be different.

Just completed on this beautiful spacious townhome, which is almost 1800 sq ft, for under the list price! Not easy to do in a massive sellers’ market. Congrats M and R and I can’t wait to hand you the keys to your new place tomorrow!
