June montage of the bowls C and G and the singing birds in the backyard. I am learning to do presentations such as this and wanted to offer it to you as a gift. The bowls are dominantly the notes of C and G, creating a fifth interval, or a frequency that helps us get out of fight/flight/freeze in to coherence and ease.
