Excellent post about gratitude by @thomaswall2412 Why you should be grateful @thomaswall24 As humans we naturally tend to look at the things we don’t have rather than the things we do. We wake up in the morning and instead of saying I get to work today we say here we fucking go again or we wake up and look in the mirror and say something like wow another pimple or I hate how I look and the list goes on and on all day long. Do you realize how lucky you are righ...t now to be able to read this message? If your eyes are open right now and you are reading this message from your phone you most likely have it better than over half the people in the world. Or how about the fact that you are most likely sheltered and aren’t out crawling on your hands and knees to find food and water today? There are BILLIONS of people who would change lives with you in heart beat. Life is all about perspective. If you keep searching for the negative, I can promise there’s no shortage and you’ll find it every step of the day. But when you open up your mind to being grateful for what you DO have, then and only then will your life change. When you start to look for the positive I can promise you that it will start to come more and more into your life. I challenge you to go write down everything your grateful for on your phone and you’ll realize life isn’t so bad. Swipe over to see my gratitude list Hope everyone enjoys their thanksgivings See more

Trainer Matt Kippenhuck round two of Everest. Leading by example! Posted @withrepost @mattkippenhuck Back at it for 2019 #everestchallenge
Posted yesterday by one of the Trainers @thestationfitness but it’s a great quote that is very true and thought provoking. Have a great Tuesday everyone. Posted @withrepost @thomaswall24 Happy Monday Earlier this morning I went and grabbed my usual coffee from McDonald’s and was greeted by the most pleasant worker I’ve ever seen. She simply asked how is your morning going sir? I went on to tell her what I’d been up to and her response was that’s absolutely amazing. ... When I went up to pay I told her it was incredible how positive she was and how she greats customers so early in the morning and with the biggest smile she said I just try and make people’s lives a bit better When I went up to the next window to get my coffee the next worker simply handed me my drink and didn’t say a word. Life is all about perspective. Why would one worker be so pleasant and then other not? It’s because being happy is a choice and will never come from circumstances or materialistic things. Stop telling yourself I’ll be happy when I get this or that coming from someone who has gotten those things the newness wears off pretty fast. Happiness is a mindset and the second you realize you have the ability to change your ENTIRE life by the way you view things, will be the day your life changes forever. Share this post to your story and with a friend to make someone’s Monday better See more

One of the Personal Trainers on board @thestationfitness , also an Osteopath @sonyal342 , Posted @withrepost @sonyal342 Just a few updates from @carboncorenl after an #osteopathy treatment. Andrew suffered a pec tear a number of years ago and hasn’t been able to train the same since, experiencing parasthesia in both upper limbs, restrictions through both shoulders and down his left side into his hip. Although the tear is still present, now he’s sleeping better, and can get back to training without the fear of pain. You don’t have to be chained to old injuries. If you’d like more information or would like to book an appointment, visit www.stabilityosteopathy.com or reach us on social media. #stabilityosteopathy #manualosteopathy #fascialtherapy #manualtherapy #youcanheal #selfcare
