Good morning everyone How is everyone doing? Yesterday I was really feeling the weight of everything... I feel really sad thinking about the division being created among people. I was pondering all the uncertainty and the suffering. I sat in it for a while so I could try and understand what needs to happen next and what the priorities are. ... I really feel like our purpose here is to be humans and see the humanity in each other and work together. Even in our differences. Instead I fear we are headed towards a war of opinions of who and what is right. Many days, I feel lost as to what’s right as I’m bombarded with so much info and nothing is clear. But we aren’t lost. I’m not lost. I know what I stand for and why I am here. I stand for the health and well-being of our community, of our people and that means in all areas. I get to see the changes in people throughout the months and years as they nourish themselves and improve their lives. It’s inspiring and it’s so possible for all of us. I am trying to really listen and hear people and what’s going on. I want to be thoughtful and mindful to people’s situations and their health. In all areas. It’s why I push and seek for food that is whole and nourishing and not made in a lab. It’s why I spend my time creating a business that supports and facilitates that food. It’s what I know and what I can do. So I’m focusing and re-focusing on that when I get lost. I really think that’s the key to our goals... knowing it take commitment and focusing and then re-commitment and re-focusing on those goals. Maybe with things winding down and a lot of us at home we can take some time to slow down and evaluate our existence. We can take time to ask ourselves what we are doing here and what we want to do. Our time is short. This is it. Now is our time. Then it will be whole new generations. I really appreciate everyone’s messages and comments of encouragement in response to my posts. I always feel vulnerable sharing my thoughts because of the risk of being misunderstood but y’all are so good to me. Love you. -Nadine
