We had an awesome Saturday dinner service in the dining car last week! The Striploin steak with chipotle hollandaise sauce sold out! And the rosemary and garlic roasted pork tenderloin was plate-licking worthy. The Blizzard Special! Our Spicy Grilled Cheese with provolone, red pepper jelly and BBQ pulled pork with roasted tomato soup! It’s worth every trudging step through the snow... and it’s toasty warm in the dining car!

Great news... Dinner and a movie is back! Book a table in the dining car at 5:30, enjoy a four course meal featuring bacon wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu or Alberta Striploin Steak and take in the movie Tenet in the historic Wales Theatre at 7:30. It’s a short trip from the kitchen to the platform patio (it reminds of that Don’t Drink and Drive ad where they keep placing more empty glasses in front of the camera... so don’t drink and walk through the dining car!) But you can sit and enjoy our house wines and beer-on-tap on the platform.
