As we prepare for the Christmas season I thought it would be nice to share a little story about Christmas on the prairies and share with you a recipe for gingerbread cookies ! I have made these cookies for 20 years for my family.. they are the best soft gingerbread cookies hands down and very easy to make. I never used any for decorating a tree cuz they're literally was never any left a few hours after I had baked them.. This will be a Christmas like no other.
