Three Olives will also be offering its yearly special on boutique designed wine & cheese events starting July, 2018. An industry leader, talented entrepreneur and CEO of a fabulous cuisine & event design firm rooted firmly in Atlantic Canada, Nicole Schuchard leads her Three Olives/Art of Cooking Institute/Mulberry & Calvados teams on cross country and international adventures, from high profile shows to conferences, corporate and gala events, trade shows and always with a focus on the highest quality award winning service. Amoung her many ...academic awards and accomplishments, Nicole boasts a first-in-class standing from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris cooking school. Nicole is a Corporate Chef, food advisor and business and culinary consultant; she designs professional kitchens and has worked with the Food Network and writes for numerous publications. Nicole sets the standard for the finest in event and show management, hospitality and cuisine everyone that comes in contact with her and her companies leaves with a lasting impression of warmth and excellence in everything they do. From trade show and conference management to the finest in culinary options, Nicole and her teams excel in everything they do. Nicole grew up just outside of Atlanta, Georgia and is an alumna of Carleton University, Dalhousie University and Mount Saint Vincent University. She is currently completing a PhD DNM in PreDiabetes and is the founder of the Atlantic Prediabetes Clinic. Nicole enjoys her home in New Brunswick, Canada along the picturesque Bay of Fundy, with her supportive husand Peter Lindfield, their English Mastiff and two adorable cats.
