Just a little information some of the reasons a dog may be turned away from grooming. They would be as following.... - sick: fever, lethargic pale, coughing, nasal discharge - bloody diarrhea/urine/vomit -skin issues: weeping/crusty sores, infection, yeast infections etc -Parasites: fleas, lice, ringworm, etc... -discharge from ears, groin area I love what I do and I love my clients very much, that is why I choose to try to have the grooming experience to be as pleasant and safe as possible. If your dog is not feeling well at the time of their appointment please phone I would be happy to rebook. I will be adding a charge of 100.00 for shop cleaning fee that is payable if a pet shows up in an ungroomable state that is to be paid before another appointment is booked and in some cases a note from vet clearing pet to be in communal areas may be required as well This fee is for expenses incurred... for shop time (grooming clients) lost, and costly specialized cleaners used, as well as cleaners time. If you get a phone call advising you of a shop closure, please understand it is for the health and safety of your pet that is most important to me. I take the responsibility of caring for your beloved pet as I would my own. If you have any questions about this policy feel free to phone me and we can talk about any concerns you may have. Well we have a timeline now, May 20th is going to be my first day back to work. I have a few things to get ready for intake of clients. I have already booked up May 20th but I have more appointments open.

To all my loved clients I am still here and wanting to get back to work. I am still unable to though. I work in my home and it is unsafe for me to take in pets from other homes to groom them. I will assure you as soon as bans are lifted I will be booking appointments as quickly as I can. Hoping to see you all soon, stay safe and healthy.

So as to government regulations I am closed as of today. I am sorry for any inconveniences this may have on my clients but it is for the safety of us all.

I will be closed for all of next week at least as my Aunt Marilyn has passed away. I will be busy dealing with her estate in another community and arranging her finial wishes. Thank you for your understanding during this emotional time. I will be rebooking appointments upon my return to Rupert. I am so sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
