After long hard day's I love to curl up and watch hallmark Christmas movies. What do you do just for you to relax after a long day? Please post your things in the comments, let's share suggestions :)
As I decorate my office, I am reminded of the many ups and downs that accompany the season. When I look at this year all I see similar to many is the uncertainty, and yet I have hope. Please reach out to someone if you are struggling this Christmas season.

Struggling with the changes from Covid -19 and not sure where to turn? The Psychologists Association of Alberta has set up a disaster relief network for ALL Albertans affected by Covid-19 this is not a crisis line, rather trained professionals providing up to 3 free sessions to work through the trauma being experienced.
