Our Titans 15U Rampage just finished a four week Nutrition Session with Cameron Branch (@branchsportsperformance), author of Nutrition for Performance. In our last session we made Energy Bites. The girls had a blast and learned a ton over the four weeks.

17u Girls doing some virtual team bonding! They’ve also been watching episodes of the playbook on Netflix where they come together to discuss some of the challenges and triumphs that these coaches and athletes face on their athletic journey. What a great way to spend some time together

This week we are featuring Mackenzie from 11u Atlas! Mackenzie is 10 years old and in grade 5. Her favourite movies are The Emoji Movie and Boss Baby!... Her favourite foods are pizza , sushi and subs Mackenzie loves to play volleyball and hockey, chat with her friends and watch TV. Here's a fun fact that I'll bet you didn't know about Mackenzie: she's a mad scientist - she likes mixing things together and tries to make slime out of everything and anything!! See more

We are so proud of our 14u Vega team. Instead of doing a gift exchange this year, they pooled together $120 to donate to kids towards @ctvtoymountain ! We are so glad to have such generous ladies at our club! Way to go!!

Hailey's favourite foods are pizza and pasta, yum!... She loves playing sccer and likes acting, and she has a dog named Tibo that she loves to play with! See more
