I'd like to start off by thanking those of you who have offered condolences for the loss of my dearest friend & confidant this week. I truly appreciate your support & understanding at this time. A few of you have been asking about December classes so you can figure out your schedule. (Funny how even during CoVid times how quickly things can book up.) I will have the newsletter ready at some point next week. You can expect Yoga classes to be held Monday nights @ 7pm, Thursd...ay mornings @ 11am ... I have yet to create timeslots for Meditation. Classes will be held the first three weeks of December and then hopefully find something that works between Christmas and New Year's.
