Really enjoying the opportunity to use various different types of air and vapor barriers on this project. Sealing your openings properly is crucial in a renovation. For this reno we are using a mix of blueskin, liquid AVB and spray on blueskin as well. Got asked to take a look at an apartment block because some of the storm windows were rattling once we got up there and saw the conditions it appeared that some of the screws rattled out of the holes. Our reccomendation was to replace all the screws with new 2 inch galvanized pan head screws to insure this wouldn't happen again. There is no issue to big or small that we can't handle and we can handle projects of any size and magnitude.
