Beyond cards a staff member also mentioned that other things are welcomed. Consider doing this for a facility in your area if not for this one... This year has ...been pretty grim for senior homes. "small gifts are definitely welcomed but we ask that they are delivered by dec 20 so they have time to quarantine before being distributed on Christmas Day. Things like fuzzy socks, stuffed animals, wrapped snacks, notebooks, pajamas, stationary sets, candy, chocolates, sensory toys... just a few examples. We honestly appreciate anything, esp this year. (Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, items must be new)"
