Coached McGill Cycling online using the Zwift Ventoux course last night. Had the squad doing sustained work at 5-6 w/kg then peppered them with short stuff for (my) fun for the rest of the climb. Toguri's Nick Kleban and Max Hayward came 1-2 in the KOM. Jeremy Obrand glitched off road... and says he woulda coulda taken the dots... LOL

I want kids to ride safely to school. Fresh air. Mental health via light exercise. Green urban development. Nicolas Masbourian and Club Cycliste de compétition Espoirs Laval are doing their part. #Leadership

Gyms in Montreal are temporarily closed, except for 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 training. DM us if you're interested. Aiming to have the renovation done by Oct 19: new bikes and fantastic, well-thought-out ventilation! Oh... did we tell you that we've moved to Verdun? https://bit.ly/3ix667b

Great to hear the provincial government recently declared there are no known cases of gyms being spreaders. That said, both Toguri locations are going to great lengths to create a safe training environment. We've consulted with experts and are modifying our ventilation systems to ensure the safe flow, filtered exchange and evacuation of air. #cyclinglife #indoorcycling #coachingthatcares

Congrats to David Giorsetto of the Martin Swiss Cycling Club (MSCC) for finishing 3rd in the Maitre 2 race at the GP Contrecoeur today! MSCC has great shop rides and a developing Master's race program that's showing results, including a recent Provincial ITT win by Henry Tambour. In today's men's Jr race, Arnaud Beaudoin of the Club Cycliste de compétition Espoirs Laval finished 2nd in a tough race. Finally, Ride With Rendall's Nick Kleban finished his season with a solid 7th in the Elite race. He'll now turn his attention to 'presidenting' the McGill Cycling program. It's been fun being involved with MSCC and McGill this year. Contact me and I'll get you in touch with the any of the above programs. Good cycling networks are key to a fulfilled cycling life! #cycling #roadracing
