ATTN COACHES: Be patient with your goaltenders. It is a way bigger adjustment for goalies than it is players as they move up a level. Be it Atom to PeeWee or Junior/College to Pro (and all in between), there is an adjustment period. ... Timing, speed, vision, game awareness etc. all will take time to get dialled in. Don't write them off too early!
