Happy New Year! I hope 2021 treats you all well. As we enter 2021, I wanted to make some changes to my social media. In session with clients, I often advise them to reduce their time on social media for the good of their mental health, and I believe that I should practice what I preach! Moving forward, I will be posting content less frequently. While I have enjoyed the powerful quotes of humans past and present, I also want to take this opportunity to educate through my social media. Not to worry though, the cute pictures of my fur-family will still be here! Stay tuned for all the new content coming, and stay safe!

Smart marketers know that you’re more generous and impulsive when you’re happy or otherwise emotionally motivated. Looking to curb it? Try these couple tips: Tip 1: Ask yourself: Do you want or need it? Tip 2: Put your credit card in a ziplock and freeze it! Tip 3: Are you experiencing FOMO from that sale? Philosophy is the study of the nature of reality and existence, of what is possible to know, and of right and wrong behaviour. It comes from the Greek word phílosophía, meaning 'the love of wisdom.' It is one of the most important fields of human thought as it aspires to get at the very meaning of life. If Gandhi was alive how would he respond to the issues on today’s world stage? Real leadership to change the world requires the kind of wisdom, kindness and empathy found in Mahatma Gandhi.
