This is one of my mantras , that I say through out my day to remind myself. i am and my life is enough I never saw myself as being enough , and because of my lack of being enough there was no way I had enough. But, I thought if I remained ultra busy, somehow I could make up ground for not being enough. Which exhausted me, and I never felt any better I could not go on, like this any longer. Something had to change. I did some really hard work, examining honest...ly why I felt, I was not enough. There were many times, it hurt so much I wanted to I didn’t, and I am so glad I work through my stuff I still work on this every day, but it’s becoming easier, and my life has changed. I feel such joy and happiness that I never imagined. I see changes in many of my relationships in such beautiful ways . I have also, had to end and say goodbye to some relationships , that were trying to keep me in my old story and space of not being enough. My children have changed, they see that I value and accept myself, and they too are starting to mirror that, which makes my heart grow sooo much. I would love to hear your mantra.

Sometimes a gentle reminder, is needed that the simplest things bring immense joy.

As I work more on being grateful for all that I have and surrounds me, I write out what I am grateful for each night. I would LOVE to hear what you are grateful for XXX

Turmeric tea (also called golden milk) is a great way to get the benefits of turmeric daily. Find out how to make this ancient health boosting drink in under 5 minutes! Ingredients 2 cups milk of choice such as almond, pecan, coconut, or dairy, or use bone broth in place of the milk for a more hearty tea... tsp cinnamon powder pinch of ground black pepper tiny piece of fresh, peeled ginger root or tsp ginger powder pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup or to taste (optional) Turmeric essential oil (Doterra) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Add 2 drops of turmeric essential oil, stir well Drink immediately.
