URGENT NOTICE: Localized Flooding Residents are advised to use caution on Clarenville roadways. Localized flooding reported in various areas. Use extra caution on Balbo Drive near Percy Drive. Significant water flowing across Balbo Drive. Crews are on-site! Also, the Rotary Trail & Elizabeth Swan Park is closed until further notice. Extreme flooding on the trail. The trail will be closed until staff can safely inspect the trail.... There are also reports of multiple washouts on the railbed. ATV users are encouraged to stay off the railbed until further notice.

Community Updates - 2020/2021

Unfortunately, Wintertainment 2021 has been CANCELLED due to the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic. Kudos to our community-minded volunteer organizing committee for making the difficult, but safe decision. The committee does plan to host some virtual activities, so keep an eye out for those. Fingers crossed we can get back to enjoying our winter carnival in 2022!

2021 Budget Presentation

This afternoon's meeting of the Clarenville Town Council (December 15, 2020) includes the presentation of the 2021 Budget. You can watch the meeting and budget presentation live on our Facebook page beginning at 4pm.

PLEASE SLOW DOWN!!! This past summer Council contracted traffic consultants to develop a Traffic Calming Policy. Part of this process was gathering traffic data.... One common theme was noted when reviewing the traffic data. Speeding continues to be a major issue within this Town.
