About 85% of those living in this region are also the poorest, most marginalized, and most vulnerable in the world. These are the people whom we serve. More than 3 billion people living here have never heard of the Gospel message even once. In these unreached countries, there are few to no Christians. Within this region there are areas of significant degrees of persecution, harassment, poor health, illiteracy, unemployment, malnutrition, environmental degradation, civil unrest and war. These are the places where we live and the people whom we work amongst. God is actively at work. At the same time, so much work is needed.
