After these long two years, we got the diagnosis of a rare neurological syndrome called #Rasmussen #Encephalitis. It affects 2.4 kids in 10 million/year and it’s usually characterized by unilateral brain inflammation, frequent and severe seizures, along with other symptoms behaviour. Victor had a hemispherectomy 15 months ago, two surgeries totalling 50 hours, his movement, vision, hearing, speech and behavior were affected. But today he is our walking miracle! Literally!!
