We now carry Locally Grown Whole Grain Neepawa flour! It is Organic and comes from Stonecroft Farm in Black Creek! Neepawa is a Hard Spring Wheat.

Puff pastry with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cheddar cheese and black pepper. All organic ingredients, and a great addition to your chili or just as is!

True Grain Levain is a longer naturally fermented white sourdough and we have added a small amount of Black Creek grown Whole Grain Neepawa for a bit of flavour. The Levain is a great sandwich bread, but also makes a wonderful French Toast!

BC Organic Whole Spelt bread is very popular due to its appealing mild nutty flavour. It is high in protein, fibre, and magnesium. While it does have gluten, spelt contains a water soluble form of gluten that is easier to digest. This loaf does contain Whole Flax Seeds that just add that little bit extra of flavour and nutrients.
