Renovate and complete necessary repairs or installations on houseboats with reference to the Quality System. Construct, erect, install, maintain, and repair houseboat structures and other components of structures made of wood, wood substitutes. Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes. Renovate electrical, plumbing, or construction requirements on the houseboats as detected. Ensure work areas are clean and that major safety issues ...with houseboats are reported to the management team. The work environment is both in and outside of the shop in all weather conditions where work is done in and near fiberglass and mechanical. Certified or proven abilities in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or construction are considered an asset. Must work well within a team have your own basic tools to do the job. See more

Winter is on its way to Old Town Bay! Throughout the winter our boats either remain on the dock or get pulled out of the water to get their seasonal spa treatment in the manufacturing plant Twin Anchors sailings run from May throughout the first week of October of every year! Winters in the Columbia-Shuswap region come with heavy snowfall and mild temperatures, making it a popular area for avid skiers, snowmobilers, and other outdoor enthusiasts! Even though the average winter temperature is below freezing, Shuswap Lake never freezes over so you will likely find a few boats out on the water during the sunny days

The Shark Shack Welcomes Houseboaters! The Shuswap Shark Shack is a floating restaurant on Shuswap Lake providing the most unique restaurant & bar experience! Although the restaurant is only accessible by water, everyone is welcome; if you don't have your own boat, Twin Anchors Houseboats can get you there!! When you arrive, the friendly dockstaff will help you get docked and keep an eye on your boat while you and your crew are upstairs in the restaurant! Make sure to add this unique spot to your list the next time you are out exploring the Shuswap! Hopefully, we will see you there

We will be continuing Monday-Wednesday-Friday (9:00am-3:00pm PST) for the next few weeks if you need to reach out to us!
