Who's hungry? . .... Might I suggest our Marinated Lentil Salad . . We start with some beautiful French Lentils from @flourist and let them hang out in some extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and balsamic vinegar. We mix in some sundried tomatos, olives, red peppers, fresh herbs, and top it all off with some sizzled scallions and pumpkin seeds YUMM . .
