This time of year the trees give birth the stars, and you can watch this happen on Saturday and Sunday at the Quidi Vidi Village Plantation Merry Makers Market. There will be lots of great artists showing off their beautiful creations in what has to be one of the most beautiful settings in the country. We all hope to see you there.

Sunday, July 12, 2020 Some Good Market reopens for the first market of the season in Brigus! We will be there along with other great vendors. Come out and take a peek. There will be lots of interesting and beautiful craft available.
We will be there on the 12th. Hope to see you there as well! But at a safe distance.
Got any holey socks? Then you need a darning egg! These two will last for generations. One is made from laburnum and the other is apple.
Slowly but surely getting back to being productive. Some new work, an olive and elm salt cellar and a couple of French pins from before the pandemic.
I have been working on this 12 inch maple bowl off and on for a while. The knot was falling out so I epoxied it in place and then eventually filled the rather large gap with pewter. Maybe one of these days we will be able to have a market again and you will be able to see it in person. Meanwhile stay safe, stay home and keep your distance!
It’s been a long time since I have done a market and I am excited to be back at it! I will have this marblewood bowl and large pine mushroom at Some Good Market at St. Thomas’ Church Hall tomorrow Saturday, February 22. So, if you are out and about, drop by and have a chat!
