This Reindeer needs your help! Filling the bins at the 3 locations throughout the Village: 7 Venton Court, 7126 Liberty Street north and at the Mill, 2656 concession road 7. Also in giving him/her a name. His helpers have names and Hey Reindeer doesn’t cut it. Submit a name for the Reindeer by November 8 to the Tyrone Tackles Hunger Facebook page. If your name is selected you get, (wait for it), Bragging Rights. Imagine what you could do with those.

The Tyrone Tackles Hunger food drive is in its last week, ending Sunday December 6th. Even though it’s called Tyrone Tackles Hunger it’s a community effort across all of our neighbouring communities. Check it out! The donation pile is as tall as our Mascot Timber! All donations are going to Bowmanville’s Salvation Army. They are in need of non-perishable food items, hygiene items (for all ages) and particular need for: lentils, diapers, stews, chili’s, and gluten free items.
