Our friends at Stibbard Chiropractic in Riverside are holding a food drive in support of UHC's food pantry! Offering a range of chiropractic services, along with yoga classes, an extensive array of products and GrowCo postpartum rehab, not only are Dr. Rachel & Dr. Evan a wealth of knowledge, they're serious about giving back to their community. When you bring a donation of 3 non-perishables into the office, you'll be entered for a chance to win a cozy holiday basket! #FoodDrive #YQG #GivingBack #FeedTheNeed

While COVID-19 has had a definite impact on how events take place, it hasn't impacted the generous spirit of those wanting to give back to the community. All of us at UHC sincerely thank the Windsor Chapter of the Harley Owners Group & Thunder Road Harley Davidson for collecting toys and monetary donations that will benefit deserving children. Your giving spirit and kindness is truly appreciated. #YQG #NewNormal #ChildrensPrograms #ThankYou

2020 has been a strange year, but amid all the upheaval and uncertainty, there is still plenty to be #thankful for. One of those things is all work of the #frontline & #essential staff who have worked so hard to keep us all safe! From all of us at UHC to you & yours, wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving. Please remember our centres are closed today for the holiday.

In the spirit of the #Thanksgiving season, UHC was happy to have Mayor Drew Dilkens join us this morning to distribute food hampers and turkeys at our west end drive-through food hub at Adie Knox Herman Recreation Complex. Mayor Dilkens joined the redeployed CUPE Local 82 City of Windsor workers at the food hub and toured the facility. Thank you to Mayor Dilkens for visiting & to CUPE Local 82 for their work in at our west end hub.

Guess what? The friendly folks at Windsor's three WirelessWave locations (Tecumseh Mall & Devonshire Mall) are running a food drive in support of our Unifor Local 200 People's Choice Pantry. If you'll be shopping with them between now and November 15, consider bringing a donation of a non-perishable canned good to help feed those most in need in #YQG.

Tomorrow is the last day of September and that means there's still a little more time to head to Lowe's and contribute to their #LowesHeroes campaign. For this entire month our #YQG Lowe's stores have been collecting donations for our Unifor Local 200 People's Choice Pantry. We are so thankful for their support and for thinking of our clients in these uncertain times.
