Wild Game Processing Did you know that we offer wild game meat processing services? That’s right! You can bring in your boneless or ground wild game and we will turn it into sausage (variety of fresh sausages, breakfast, or smoked garlic or regular), pepperettes (mild, medium, hot), and/or pepperoni. ... The best part? All of the processed goodies that you take home will be made using your own wild game. We keep all wild game orders separated during processing to ensure that you get to enjoy your own harvest, and not someone else’s! Here is a picture of some venison pepperoni being used on pizza.
