Helping our friends @petlandmedicinehat keep their feet and on solid ground. Sometimes some excited pets create to much splish splash. So we replaced the rotted subfloor, filled in with a waterproofing membrane and finished off with a high durability exterior paint. Add in rubber traction pads (not pictured) and they are ready to keep everyone's (including my own) dogs perfectly groomed!

We like to move freelyand that's what this barrier free bathroom is all about! Lots of hidden challenges (overhead structural, damaged plumbing.. Roof inside a floor?!? ) we found in this renovation, but always after the finish line we realize its what we enjoy about them! Operation curb appeal complete and ready for these fantastic home owners to add their gardening touch in the spring! This project started as just a yard in need of a regrade and retaining wall but we were more than happy to create a finished product with some garden and rock accent areas, exposed concrete sidewalk and fresh new sod.
