We missed you guys so much! We are back live in the studio on Monday, with some small modifications. We are still offering a blended delivery of in person and online small semi-private pods, personal training and outdoor dryland classes (they are so fun in the crisp fall air!). If your membership is not active we encourage you to book a short consultation to see how we can get you moving once more. Keep in mind *as always mask on, wash your hands... *New* maintain 3m spacing. Which brings me to the next point.... *appointment times must be spaced out as we only have so much space. Please be reasonable and understand we are doing our best to accommodate everyone. Flexibility if you have it is appreciated. There are plenty of morning, weekend and afternoon slots available *pre-booking is mandatory. There are no drop-ins. A strict cancelation policy is in effect for missed sessions *masks must be worn in the gym at all times when distancing can not be maintained. Certain class types such as boxing we will require proper use of ppe *no access to change rooms. Please arrive in your gear. Washrooms are not to be used for changing *if you are unsure if your health, even a little bit, please join your session virtually. It takes a village to keep everyone safe *new morning workout slots will be available very soon. Hit us up asap if you want 5o grab one *drop in class passes will be discontinuing in 2021 passes must be converted to use for pods. Should you not wish to convert, online and outdoor dryland remain options going forward until used up *deep breath. Have fun.
